Very close to Matsumoto Station and shopping areas. Easy to find and easy to check-in/check-out. The hosts are very friendly!

We only stayed the one night but it was incredibly convenient, location to downtown and local restaurants was very good. The room suited our travelling needs (a shared 4 bed room for our group of 4).

“Very great facility! Will stay again.”
Great location! Very quick and easy walk to other areas. It was also very spacious. I enjoyed staying here. They have a bar downstairs but it was unfortunately closed. If it were open, it'd be a great way to chat with others and make travel buddies!

The staff wasn’t attended at the reception. Because they work at the kitchen downstairs. Waited ten mins then go down find them. English communication is okay.

Cute place! Simple, but everything you need. Excellent location, close to station, castle, and interesting bars and places to eat. Lounge area is really nicely decorated, the massage chair is an amusing bonus. The guy didn't tell me much at check in, I think cos lots of things were happening at once, but luckily another guest told me about the free tea and coffee. Bed was comfy, but like all Japanese hostels I've stayed in, the pillows were bricks

“Perfect location and nice place to stay”
Just a 7 minutes walk from Matsumoto station and around 10 minutes walk to the castle. Very comfortable room, nice staff, clean, they offer free coffee, tea and snacks at the hall. Great quality-price.

Because this trip is hiking in the mountains of Japan, we have to store our large suitcases. We are very happy to be able to store our luggage for free, so that we have no worries. We will stay here next time
