“Excellent value with lots of extras.”

As a foreign tourist it was warm and cosy and a great location. The amenities were great, from the onsen with complimentary ice cream and Yakut to the noodles each night . There was even a great space which allowed you to bring food in and eat in a dining room area. This was great as all we wanted was some simple food that we bought at the nearby supermarket. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Good location, easy walking to station and all the key attractions. The free ramen was a nice bonus along with all day iced water and free coffee. The onsen was amazing. For a hotel at this price hot, cold, outdoor and sauna plus then post onsen ice creams. Great amenities, clean, not crowded. Had a great stay. Would reccomend

The location is excellent, sitting just a 10-minute walk from Matsumoto Station. The staff are exceptionally warm and accommodating, and their effort to speak English made communication seamless and highly appreciated. The breakfast—it’s absolutely amazing with a massive, diverse variety that hits every food group. Having a dedicated smoking room was also a major plus. Definitely worth a stay!

The bed and pillow are super comfortable for having good sleep. Can not stay without the hot spring. Breakfast is fabulous, various choices with local delicacies. Staffs are all friendly and helpful.

1. Great location - nearby the station, castle, shopping streets. 2. The facilities and services - public bath, goodies like free ice cream, probiotic drinks and midnight ramen. 3. Room - quiet and comfy. I booked the one without a bathroom but it was not a problem at all since there is a public bath.

I loved the location. Also had the first fried egg I had seen at breakfast. Good breakfast.

Staff were so very friendly. Some staff have been to my country and they made sure I was comfortable to the best of their ability. I appreciate their patience when I try and speak to them in Japanese as I am still learning, but the fact they could speak english well was reassuring. Thank you everyone.

This hotel is right between the train station and Matsumoto attractions which makes it very convenient. The room is small but clean and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful.

Love a good dormy inn. It feels so homely. Loved the pjs, loved the care and consideration with the onsen, ice blocks and ramen late at night. Bed was comfy. Staff were lovely. Super cool town too.
