“Cool little boho vibe”

Very close to the castle, convenience stores and restaurants. Staff were very friendly. Room was very spacious. I loved the boho decor. Had comfortable sofas in the common area.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment I arrived, I were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. The hospitality was truly exceptional, and they went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed for a pleasant and comfortable visit. The hostel was spotlessly clean, cozy, and located in a quiet neighborhood – a perfect starting point for exploring. I was also able to use the kitchen, the washing machine, and even the living room, which made my stay even more convenient. Truly wonderful, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Their dedication to making every guest feel at home and cared for is truly remarkable. Their restaurant Green's Baby is phenomenal! Very, very delicious! ⭐️ I can wholeheartedly recommend staying in this B&B – it was a 5-star experience in every way! Thank you again for everything! ♡

“Lovely place in excellent location”

Very friendly and helpful staff. Shower was good and toilets were clean. Bed was comfortable and there is a nice kitchen/communal area. Location is excellent, very close to Matsue Castle.

We visited on a quiet day and had a good stay here. The beds were comfortable, the common room spacious and the owner is friendly. Straightforward and simple, but that itself makes it quite exceptional.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the owner was so lovely and helpful. The beds were comfortable enough, AC worked well, and room and toilets/showers were clean. The toilet/showers were on a different floor, and there was only one shower, which could be a problem if the guest house was busy. It was a nice bonus being able to explore the surrounding areas by bicycle, and the location was great - close to the castle.

“Great choice in Matsue”

Really friendly and kind owner who puts a lot of effort into making your stay great. There's a lot of art in the guesthouse to enjoy, and it's right in the centre of all the major things in Matsue. I will stay here again when I return!

We were greeted by super friendly staff who showed us all the facilities and room. The guesthouse is super cozy and in a great location, it has parking and bicycles!

I was able to check in earlier than the standard time (of couse this may vary, so set your expectations). You can also borrow a bike from them which is very helpful for solo travellers who wanted to roam around the area! Staff is very responsive to inquiries and informative. They even have free coffee and tea! 😊

Everything was clean and well maintained, there was a small kitchen available and the common room was very nice. The bed was comfortable.

This is a fairly basic guest house in a brilliant location very near the main tourist sites. It feels a bit rough round the edges, but it's comfortable and functional. Having bikes to borrow was a real bonus.

“Fantastic Location and Friendly Staff”

The guesthouse is located right near the castle, so it's a great place to start your exploring from. Staff were super friendly and let us check in earlier than the policy allows. We were also sleeping alone in the room, while a group of other guests were sharing another room, so obviously the staff were nice enough to let us occupy two different rooms rather than putting us together in the same one (which would more than likely happen in Europe ;). We could ride local bikes for free! :)

Kindness from owner always attracts me. Every time when I try to English exam, I always choose to use this guest house though however I experienced bad luck on this time. I've accidentally lost my wallet somewhere unrecognizable place. I was self destructive nevertheless owner was about to get along with my difficulty. I had no choice but need to call it off my stay for finding out my wallet. But owner was about to calm my nerve with special coordination.
