A perfect location, just steps from the train station with endless food choices nearby. The room was absolutely wonderful, clean, comfortable and felt like home.

Very convenient location if you want to stay outside of Tokyo, but take 1 direct rapid train for 40min into Tokyo.

Conveniently located near train station with direct train to Narita airport and Tokyo. Air purifier works. Room size was good and lights were mostly automated.

Big room for Tokyo bathroom is big, and the kitchen very handy if you want to cook. Very convenient to go to the airport

Myself and the family really loved our stay here. Nice quiet location, specially after a long day of walking. Close to the train station and bus hub. Couple of nice restaurants in the area too. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was amazing - barely a block away from the train station and directly on the Express Line coming from Narita airport. It made it a perfect place to stay without needing to drag bags on and off the train across multiple lines/transfers to reach hotels closer to the guts of the city. It also made for a quiet area to relax in when done exploring the city for a day. There are plenty of close-by restaurants (both chain and not), as well as plenty of izakaya, that it makes finding a meal only difficult in deciding what you want and how far you really want to walk to get there.

Fantastic amenities. Location is good for final days of a trip (including seeing Disney) before you fly out via Narita airport.

1. Reasonable price for family of 4. 2. Equipped with a small kitchen. 3. Shower room has heater to dry clothes. 4. Washer and dryer are available at the lobby at reasonable rates. 5. Extra blanket and futon provided for sofa bed user. 6. Great customer service to collect all data before arrival. 7. Contacted after check out to ensure items left behind is not needed, able to send if required. 8. Easy check in and out. 9. There are 2 neighborful supermarket nearby. 10. 2mins walk to mrt. 11. Cheap and nice restaurant around train station. 12. Come with clothes drying rack too.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Could sleep 8. Very near to Higashi-Matsudo train station. McDonald’s beside train station that opens till 1am. 35 mins to Disneyland. Very tasty and cheap Tonkasu cafe .beside train station.
