“Exceptional functionality”
Exceptionally functional equipment of the appartment - very practical, enough storage space, hooks for hanging clothes, towels etc. Very well equipped kitchen. We didn't miss anything at all. The apartment was well heated in the middle of winter. We also enjoyed the visit of the owner's cat which came to greet us and keep us company sometimes.

“Beautiful historic farm house from natural wood nicely located on the hill above Matrei”
Farm house is located on the hill, nice view of Matrei. Family works very hard to take care of cows and to do improvements. Apartment has all necessary utilities for family vacation: separate rooms, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. During our stay the house was fully heated. We were able to take our dog with us, this was a major decisive factor in selecting this accommodation. There were 3 very friendly dogs on site, no problems. House has a beautiful historic style, all natural wood with great balconies.

“We probably forgot something wrong in car - lights or opened door. The next day we didn’t start the car. The owners help”
Matrei is top for skiing and we absolutely love to stay in real nature during holidays. Perfect combination for us - this accommodation and wonderful skiareal.

“Fantastic accomodation giving a rare insight in to Tyrolian life”
We love it here, and have stayed 3 times now, driving from the UK. The Ganzer family are lovely, and work extremely hard on the farm. The large balconies give exceptional views over Matrei, the apartment is extremely clean, spacious and very well equipped.
