Haus Herzog is located south of Matrei in Osttirol, only a 7-minute walk from the center and the Kals/Matrei Cable Car. Located on the 1st floor, the apartment comprises 2 bedrooms, each with a balcony, a living room and a kitchenette with a large dining area. The nearest supermarket is a 2-minute walk away. Guests can also play mini golf, which can be found 200 metres from the Herzog Haus. In winter, the ski bus is opposite the house. Schidepot with ski boot warmer is available

“Perfect location for family skiing holidays.”
Perfect location for skiing - ski bus stop was just across the road and it takes just few minutes to drive to the gondola. There is place to store skis and ski boots dryer. Two big supermarkets also very close to the apartment (Billa and Spar). Both rooms are very spacious with plenty of storage. Kitchen has all the facilities you might need. Everything was very clean and hosts are very nice and helpful. We had great time there.
