“Spoilt before we even arrived because of the attitude of the management.”
The hotel staff was rude and insisted on payment PRIOR to arrival, contrary to what was agreed to on booking.com. The manager threatened to cancel my reservation unless the amount due was paid in FULL. This would have placed my party of 18 in a very untenable situation. If the hotel wishes booking to be paid for in advance it should state so clearly at the time of booking.

Made a reservation for 2 rooms and made sure it was confirmed. The staff told me that they only had one left and didn't see my reservation. Ended up sharing a room with 2 other friends... never going back
