It was my first time coming to Mati, and I didn’t know the roads or the area. I would like to thank the hotel owner very much for their kindness and understanding. The hotel was clean, and the location was about a 5–6 minute walk from the Mati bus stop when you take bus number 314. The comments from previous guests were written on colorful papers on the walls, and that gave me a lot of confidence. Thank you once again.

“Perfect secret garden”
So happy to have found Flower Garden; Kirsten and has obviously put alot of thought into providing for all needs, and cares about our experience. This little homestay is close to perfect, and it will be top of my list if I am back in Athens. The common kitchen and dining room is clean and comfortable, although the stovetop was out of order at the time. Outdoor seating is cool and shady during the day, and there are outdoor showers to wash after swimming at the beach. Honestly, I doubt you will find a more relaxed and comfortable place even in the big hotels in the area.

It was an amazing experience. The room was amazing and so was the host (Kirsten). The stay is in close proximity to the beach which would be ideal incase one prefers to stay multiple days. Rafina Port is a 10 min ride away and the taxi would cost roughly 7 euros.
