“Absolutely amazing”
It's very quiet and beautiful. We had a gorgeous view out of the window and a fully-equipped kitchen for cooking with some coffee pods on the house. The beaches around are clean and beautiful. You can get to the sea from almost anywhere on the road that goes along the coast. The apartment is very well maintained, clean and quiet. Aliki is very warm and friendly too. There's ACs in the room and the kitchen, the roller shades for both balconies, so you can chill with a cup of coffee looking at the sea and the bathroom is very clean and comfy. If you have heavy bags, you'll need a car or a taxi to get you to the place. But that just means it's super quiet and chill, which was exactly what we wanted.

Good facility with included parking. 2 bedrooms. Quite place, Athens suburban village. The nearest supermarket Lidl is 12 mins drive. Within wind better to go to the right beach

Aliki was very nice. She gave us a lot of information about Mati and the area. Where the beach was, phone number for the taxi, where we could find supermarkets etc. Etc. If i had a question she would answer very fast, and she was flexible with the check in and out times. Which helped us a lot. The apartment was big, clean and pretty. 2 balconies!!
