The staff was incredibly polite and welcoming, especially the young woman at the restaurant service. She was a true gem—exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive! Her warm attitude truly made our experience memorable.

The staff is very helpful and friendly, always smiling and doing everything possible to make the holiday and stay at Zoi relaxed and comfortable. The room is just marvelous… we were so lucky to have an upgrade to the honeymoon suite, offering a private beach garden and plunge pool. And then the food… the cook is doing a great job with its fresh and delicious meals.

“The most amazing stay. Loved every minute of it”

This place was everything and more. Took my mum away for her 70th birthday, they made her birthday so special, they helped me decorate the rooms with balloons and banners, made her a birthday cake which they gave to her at dinner and sang happy birthday. The rooms were lovely, the place is surrounded in beautiful trees and plants, you walk from your rooms to the pool/dining area which is located on the beach. The views are incredible. White sands and blue water. The staff were simply the best, so friendly and polite. Helped you with anything that you needed, offered a free massage during your staff. The food was amazing. They organised activities for you. The hotel is about 1hrs drive from the airport. Unforgettable experience. 100% recommend

Very nice location. Rooms are nice. The place is proper maintained and the set up is beautyful. The restaurant area is also very nice and the food is really good. Nice helpful friendly staff always around. I loved the location. The beach is not full of selling boys and you can walk morning and evening along the beach. Wifi works fantastic. I highly recommend the place, we had wonderful times there.

“Incredible and we will be back.”

The staff were amazing!! We stayed in a partial ocean view room and full ocean view room as we moved half way through. Both were amazing. There was always a veggie dish on the lunch and dinner menus and the breakfast was incredible. The cats were super cute too ❤️❤️

First of all, here is the Africa do not expect top notch hotels Best feel nice design, rooms are very local and feel in beach holiday. Nothing around you better hire car if you stay this hotel

“Lovely beachside retreat”

Beautiful hotel on Matemwe beach which has very extreme tides where sometimes you don't see the sea and others it doesn't go out at all. There are enough sun beds to look at the beautiful white sand beach and dazzling blue sea and not as many people trying to sell you things as on the north west side of the island. It is also very safe to walk around and to walk up and down the beach, where there are many restaurant/bar options. The food in the restaurant is delicious and the room itself is very spacious and clean. We had the honeymoon suite so we also had our own private patio with beach which was a very lovely experience.

“Perfect, relaxing location”

We loved everything about this place. The staff were all friendly, kind and welcoming. The breakfast and other meals were all delicious. The location was beautiful: right on a huge stretch of white sand with a number of amazing restaurants within 5 minutes walk or less. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the quiet, beautiful environment of Matemwe.

Loved everything about hotel. We receiced a very warm welcome from the staff, loved the room, the greenery at that hotel its just amaizing with all nature & beautiful view of sunsrise . The food is awesome. The spot is perfect for relaxataion . All staff are kind & friendly. On top we got a surpise gift package for spa massage which made our day more amaizing & relaxing.

Me and my wife spent our honeymoon at this lovely resort and could not have had a better experience. All the staff were lovely and accommodating to our needs, in particular the chef and Naima and the operations manager Othman. The location of the resort is beautiful and we had access to so many activities through the hotel who ensured that everything went extremely smoothly. We wish to return in the future :).

The staff were very kind and happy all the time. Nice help us a lot and was very flexible whenever we asked for help. The access to the beach is private and the food at the restaurant was delicious. I hope to come back again in the future.

Nice and quiet place to relax. I really enjoyed my room but the highlight of this place it's really the employees, the kindest people ever. Ferida (not sure if its written like this her name), Neema and the boys of the restaurant/bar made my stay even more special.
