We have traveled extensively across the globe, from Mauritius and the Dominican Republic to the Maldives and Indonesia. However, we have never encountered such genuine, warm, and friendly hospitality as we did here at Zanziblue. Exceptional Flexibility & Integrity: Due to the Middle East conflict, we were forced to reorganize our entire trip. Even though we had a non-refundable booking, the management proactively informed us that they would provide a full refund if we couldn't make it. This level of honesty and fairness before we even arrived was remarkable. Going Above and Beyond: After our travel changes, we arrived at the hotel at 5:00 AM. Instead of making us wait until the afternoon, they allowed us to check into our room immediately, free of charge. This was a huge gesture that far exceeded our expectations. On our final day, as our flight wasn't until 11:30 PM, they granted us a complimentary late checkout until 2:00 PM. To top it off, they then provided a higher-category room for the remainder of the afternoon just so we could store our luggage, relax, and shower before heading to the airport. Service & Quality: The food is phenomenal, and the staff is even more attentive than one could ever expect. The rooms are spotless, and fresh cold water was always provided. After every excursion, we were welcomed back like long-lost friends returning home. Summary: The location and the people here are simply magnificent. If you are visiting Zanzibar, do not miss the chance to stay here. It is rare to find a place that balances professional service with such deep human kindness. Asante sana to the whole team! We cannot recommend Zanziblue highly enough!

The structure of the establishment is pleasant and typical. The hotel has enormous potential. The spaces are large and well laid out. With significant renovation and improvements to the services—particularly in the restaurant—this place could become a very beautiful hotel. This establishment may suit guests who are looking for absolute peace and quiet and simply wish to rest without any particular activities.

Zanziblu Boutique Villas is the perfect place for travelers looking for peace and relaxation. The atmosphere is very quiet and calming, perfect for unwinding. The staff are extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful, and they gladly organize tours and excursions. The rooms and the entire property are beautiful and well maintained, including a lovely spa area. The food was excellent throughout the stay. I felt very welcome from the first moment and truly enjoyed my time here. Highly recommended.

Wonderful place, wonderful people. The staff really go above and beyond to help and make you feel comfortable. Organise trips and taxis when needed. Food was exquisite and really outshined every other hotel and restaurant we stayed at through the whole of our trip. Dennis, Joseph, Alex, Annette, Charles, Ibrahim, Baraka and the rest of the staff were all exceptional. The team who prepare and clean the rooms made a wonderful ‘Happy honeymoon’ design for us as I messaged early to inform them that was the reason for our stay. The hotels communication via what’s app was also an excellent addition as a contact method. We also paid for the romantic seafood dinner extra as it was our honeymoon and I would recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Zanziblue Boutique Villas. The location is perfect, write on the beach. Apartment is spacious with a nice balcony. All the staff were helpful and very friendly. Food was excellent. A great self-service breakfast and an excellent choice of menu lunch or dinner

We loved absolutely everything about Zanzibar. We were made to feel so welcome for the start of our stay. Waking up each morning to watch the sunrise from bed, enjoying drinks on our balcony at dusk, not having to wear shoes while walking through the sandy grounds, enjoying our meals at the different venues - it was perfect.

“Beautiful, quiet boutique hotel”

Beautiful small boutique hotel located on a quiet part of the beach. The room we had was spacious with a very comfortable bed and modern bathroom and looked out towards the pool and sea. The food is excellent. The best we have had on our trip with a wide ranging and interesting menu. Breakfast was very good particularly the fruit on offer. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the spa offers excellent and affordable massages. The beach is quiet but be aware you can only swim in it at high tide but you do have the pool.I absolutely loved this hotel and hope I can return one day.
