Beautiful place to spend a few days after a safari. Easy access to the rest of the island - the staff were helpful in organising trips and anything we needed. Khafib and his team were exceptional providing a beautiful menu for in house dining. If you stay here you have to experience this.

“A home away from home !! LOVED IT”

I stayed at Villa Tulia with my sisters and we had an amazing time chilling at the villa pool side or having a walk on the beach. The villa owners helped us with arranging everything almost a month before our arrival, and they were very supportive with all our inquiries. We had a warm welcome by the villa manager Hawa - who ensured that we have a great stay. The staff and their hospitality were amazing, especially the 2 professional Chefs who made us the best fresh dishes that we ever had and never failed to surprise us (BIG thanks to chef Ibrahim and Chef Ramadan) ! The villa is as exactly what you see in the photos and beyond, we weren't disappointed at all. The decoration and attention to details were mind blowing and we loved the fact that we were able to find all the amenities that we need during our stay. Privacy was a big thing for us, and the staff made sure that we had our space with no disturbance to enjoy our time. I would recommend staying at Villa Tulia, especially if you are looking for a cozy, feel like home place to stay in at Zanzibar ! I stayed at couple of places in Zanzibar before but by far this is the best place ever ..... Will definitely be back :) Thank you Jac and the whole team at Villa Tulia for making our visit memorable !

Fantastic villa that hosted 2 families of 4 people. Beautiful beach right off the property, quiet off the beaten track, great house staff, fantastic breakfast, lovely pool and other meals, daily housekeeping and laundry. Massage next door. They helped arrange local tours.

An amazing place. Beautiful house, very tasteful decoration and style, quality fixtures and furnishings, stunning location and the staff are perfect: welcoming, helpful and very friendly. The included breakfast was great, they also do excellent evening meals (we had two which were better than anything else we ate during our time there). The ultimate luxury holiday and we didn’t want to leave.

“Absolute paradise”

What a gorgeous villa. An absolute paradise, right on the Indian Ocean. The decor is stunning with a wonderful combination of polished concrete and wood. Air conditioning in each bedroom and a welcome pool. Staff were very helpful with booking transfers. Plenty of restaurants along the beach, Zanzibar Queen being our favourite. A perfect spot for a getaway. Would love to go back.

Beautiful beachfront vila. The staff were wonderful - helpful and happy 😃 One night, the resident chef served us a great meal. The next, we went next door to Matuki Beach Restaurant. It seemed sketchy at first, but the food was fabulous & very reasonable.

Everything was outstanding!!! It is a wonderful stay full of details!! Couldn't ask for anything better. Place is even more beautiful that what pictures showed!

“A perfect haven, you won't be disappointed”

A perfect haven to relax after 2 weeks of travelling round Tanzania. Can't think of a single complaint, from the fabulous breakfasts and delicious surprise treats that turned up, special mention for the chef here, to lovely rooms, great showers, helpful staff, great local restaurants, security, peaceful... we lived it.
