“Enjoyable four days by the Indian Ocean”

Peaceful location by the beach. Vey nice pool area to just chill and relax. Our room was nice and very clean. The restaurant in the hotel was great, breakfast tasty and especially the seafood was super! The overall atmosphere was relaxed and cozy and the staff very kind and helpful. Big thanks to the owner Katarzyna and everyone else for making our stay unforgettable!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mambo Paradise with the host Kasia. From the very first moment, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. Kasia is an exceptional host – warm, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. She went above and beyond by organizing a beautiful birthday surprise, which made our stay truly unforgettable. At all times, we felt supported and looked after. The accommodation is very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The food was excellent, and Kasia also organized a fantastic boat trip to the island, where we were lucky enough to see dolphins – an amazing experience! Kasia’s hospitality and attention to detail made this stay special. We highly recommend Mambo Paradise and would gladly return anytime.

I liked how it felt like home and it all started from the reception. Kasia made us(my wife and daughter) feel very comfortable and informed about the place. She is a very friendly, energetic and easygoing lady who strives to make your stay as comfortable as it can be. The place is located on the beachfront and we had a cozy stay and a nice walk over the beautiful white sandy beach. The hotel can also arrange a boat ride and snorkeling trip to the island close-by.

“Perfect. Just what we needed”

Everything was perfect in this hotel. It was small and quiet, located on an amazing beach. Everyone was extremely friendly and made our stay unforgettable. The food was also very good and we liked that there was a water dispenser so we could refill our bottles for free and use a little less plastic :)

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Mambo Paradise. Kasia, the owner, and her entire team made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived — it truly felt like our home away from home. Our room was spotless and had everything we needed. Upper deck terrace offered a stunning view of the ocean, making every meal even more enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious and freshly prepared every day. Kasia is an exceptional host — warm, caring, and full of fascinating stories about the true life of Zanzibar. She goes above and beyond to make every guest’s wish come true. While my husband enjoyed his fishing trip, I was treated to a relaxing massage and a beautiful henna tattoo. Kasia truly makes the impossible possible. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Mambo Paradise and can’t wait to return to our beloved Zanzibar! ❤️

“Wonderful hotel with lovely and very helpful owners”

Probably the nicest staff I had on my whole trip. The family that owns the hotel connects with you on a daily level and always tries to help you if you have questions or problems. The room was very spacious, with lovely decorations, when I arrived. Very nice breakfast with a wonderful view from their terrace. The staff also prepared a fish for me, which I had caught while I was fishing, and they really did a fantastic job with it., also the restaurant in general was really tasty. This hotel felt like being at home and being part of it, compared to standard, anonymous-style hotels. It is also perfect for scuba divers who use one of the many dive shops for dives at the Mnemba atoll. Also, a newly built street makes it possible to drive directly to the hotel without issues, just trust Google Maps. Definitely would come back :)

Honestly, I’d stay here every single time. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and even allowed us a late checkout so we could soak up more beach time and explore the fish market. It’s run by the most wonderful family, who make you feel completely at home from the moment you arrive. The food was absolutely delicious – fresh, flavorful, and made with so much care.

We stayed for 4 nights here. Great location on a relatively relaxed beach, beautiful view. Very friendly staff. Food was well prepared and tasty.

“Perfect piece of paradise”

Location, on the beach, next to the fish market. Great local vibe. Tuna tartare.... so delicious, I want to go back just for that!!! The owners, Kasia and Pawel are super friendly and great to talk to. The customer focus and attention to detail... it was the end of my birthday trip and they remembered and had a happy birthday on my bed when I arrived. The fact it is not a resort but a small family owned guesthouse. Yes this means it has quirks but it's so much better because of that. The clear explanation of the power/ water and everything else situation so I knew what to expect upfront. It's Africa so expect the unexpected and enjoy it. Listening to the ocean from bed. Relaxing on the balcony. Swimming with the dolphins, did this straight after the snorkelling and it's amazing!!! Not directly run by the hotel but worth mentioning.

- Location: a true local Zanzibar experience, great to visit Mnemba Island - Hotel owner: Kasa cannot be better, best support and genuinely made sure we were comfortable. Provided fantastic advice around Zanzibar and to visit Mnemba - which we arranged directly with her. She even gave us a late check out with ample time to shower post excursion and get ready. - Quietness: just what we were after, next to the see and no tourism - Food: home made

Lovely hotel on the beach. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. The food cooked by the chef is delicious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to get away from the huddle and bustle of every day life. A very enjoyable and pleasant stay.

Ideal location for us. Quiet and unspoiled. The sea view is just unforgettable. The owner is very helpful and does her best to assist.

On arrival, the owners welcomed us like we were family. Kasha is a unique person, very kind and gentle who helped us in all the activities we did (even if not booked via them). Always available! The hotel is beautifully situated on the beach, family sized, fantastic terrace for socializing, drinks and food, It fits perfectly in the contest and in this way the service is terrific. It's in front of the sea with great view. Rooms are spacious, nicely decorated and always clean. We have been eating in the hotel because also the kitchen is very nice. Can I recomend it? yes of course, 100%. Kasha, thanks again for your support, we had a fantastic stay!
