“Great stay for a week”

The Kilua Villa is a great place to stay for a smaller group of people. We were 7 people, with 4 similar bedrooms including own bathrooms, the beds have mosquito nets and the rooms are equipped with AC. The team onsite is super helpful, kind, trying their utmost to get everything prepared in the early morning hours and when it comes to breakfast, the chefs are coming to the Villa preparing eggs etc. Lunch and Dinner are really great and worth the money spend. Delicious and a big variety. We ordered traditional dishes for dinner as well as seafood, lobster, the most delicious beef and so on. Cooking on your own at the villa is limited too but possible. However, you need an own rental car as the Villa is a bit remotely located and not many options for eating out are limited nearby. The pool is a blast and the view is stunning. Beaches are within a 10 min walk distance and at low tide accessible via a walk on the shore.

Great accommodation...All four rooms with amasing front sea view...Large swimming pool with clear water and proper treatment applied ( reasonable chlorine dose)...All housekeeping personnel, chef Kundi and Manager Ali made for us a perfect vacation...

You get what you see in photos: 4 rooms with en-suite bathroom, huge living room and amazing terrace with infinity pool. Fine african beautiful decoration. Excellent service: ask the manager Ali for any tour, transfer or meals/drinks you might need. They bought beers for us. We used to go out during the day and enjoyed the Villa in the evenings, requesting for dinners at home with several choices (rock small lobster included; $20/person). Excellent food cooked at the requested time! 1/2h from Kendwa and Nungwi beach ($80 a van for the group of 8 whole day). Walk along the beach when ties are low to Matemwe Rock, when local people are catching seafood. The Villa is isolated and exclusive. Fluent comunnications with the owner for any doubt through Booking messages. Amazing sunrise! Perfect place!

The place was fabulous and beyond expectations! We instantaneously felt at home. The house has a stunning outdoor area, with a large infinity pool overlooking the sea and a direct beach access and view on Mnemba Island. The staff of the house is very kind: the house manager Ali helped us to organise tours and have groceries at the house, the housekeepers Anna & Jen are very nice and kept the place tidy at all times, and the chef Ikundi cooked at home with fresh and tasty products. The bedrooms are all spacious, modern and clean - all en-suite and with a pool view. We did not want to leave the house for the whole stay, thanks again and highly recommend!
