“Amazing time in pradise”

Located in front of the sea, with private access to the water and amazing views. No beach due to the ties but you can access a beautiful white strip of beach during the morning for pictures. The house is modern and very well equipped. The Manager helps you organize all your excursions and occasional shopping. A cook and cleaning staff are there for you to prepare delicious meals and take care even of your laundry. Amazing.

The maharage (beans) had small bugs in it. I really didn’t prefer the breakfast there

The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavor. The location is breath-taking, offering amazing views and a great atmosphere that added to the overall experience. Hospitality was top-notch; everyone went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place—can’t wait to come back!

“As amazing as we had hoped!”

The perfect retreat to completely relax in peace. As previous reviews have noted, Ali and his team are wonderful, the prepared breakfasts (and other meals if you want them) are great, the pool is fantastic for kids, and there are many spots around the house to lounge about. Really glad we chose to stay here as opposed to the northern beaches. Ali arranged a day trip there which was great and then we returned to the serenity and space of this beautiful private villa.

Loved this visit so much and can’t say enough good things about it. The staff were fantastic, so helpful and friendly. Mealtimes were perfect, amazing food in such a special setting. Latifa, Doris and the chef looked after us so well and the house manager Ali was perfect, really going the extra mile to make our stay special. The house is enormous with so many places to sit and have quiet time or to sit with a group. The pool is excellent (though I’d recommend cutting the hedge because it interrupts the infinity edge effect of the pool). And the private steps down to the beach made it feel extra special! Ali arranged for us to go to Mnembe for snorkelling and a boat picked us up and dropped us off right at the steps. Then when we got back breakfast was all prepared for us. Such a highlight! The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the entire group was really happy, including two kids who everyone also looked after really well. Lots of super thoughtful touches everywhere and we were in love with the whole experience.

The villa is exquisite - beautifully appointed - with four sizeable bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities. The views over the infinite pool to the Indian Ocean are spectacular. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Our host Ali arranged numerous excursions, taxis etc.The in -house chef is excellent and the food was as good or better than anything we encountered when eating out and included grilled lobster on our last night which was perfect. We particularly enjoyed an early morning boat trip - being picked up from the steps below the villa - to swim with dolphins and then snorkel among a thousand fish. This is a very special, luxurious experience for a family group such as ours and could not be faulted.

The staff was amazing (thank you Adil, Jenny and Lucy) and helpful, the villa and view are beautiful, it’s in a quiet area which was great after 2 weeks in Paje/Jambiani. The breakfast is really good and the chef cooked for us what we wanted every evening. We loved every bit of our stay

Staff were super, helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Great food & very comfortable. We wanted a rest & certainly got it, we did nothing for 12 days. What more could we ask.

It was amazing holiday for me. The stuff are very kind and helpful. They are just doing their job then they disappear after that all villa, garden, pool will be belong to you. If you want to spent a good time along with your family that villa can be a good choice.

Location is incredible, really modern place and staff really helpful.
