The loveliest hosts - I got food poisoning the morning we were leaving for our night flight home and they let us have a very late check out free of charge and kept making sure I was okay (even after we left!). The kindest people, I would recommend based on their hospitality alone! But it’s also the perfect place, great location (just off the Main Street, so quiet but also very close to the beach and restaurants), very comfortable and spacious. There even provided mosquito spray for the inevitable mosquitos outside which we didn’t have anywhere else we stayed. Thank you to the amazing hosts for our incredible stay, you made it very hard for us to say goodbye 😊

A hidden Paradise walking distance to the beach. Just steps away from the main road, you are protected from the hustle and bustle. We spent 9 nights here and we couldn’t be happier. The hosts are so sweet and kind, and very helpful if you have questions! The Villa is large, kitchen well equipped, the garden is stunning and providing fresh shade. We’ve also seen 3 peacocks (including a little one), monkeys and an iguana, so amazing! Also, the place is spotless and they provide cleaning during our stay. It’s truly the best value for money in Mirissa. Thank you so much, we’ll be back!!

Beautiful, very clean spacious studio with Kitchen area in a quiet garden area with one other property. We saw Monkeys, chipmunks, birds and a tortoise in the jungle style peaceful garden area. Good location 5 min walk to Turtle bech and a little longer to Parot rock. 15 minute walk to Mirissa beach. Ran by a lovely couple who were very helpful.

Everything about the accommodation was excellent. Stay there you will be won't be disappointed. Fantastic hosts. . 2 separate large rooms , with own verandahs and kitchenette and secluded garden where can watch local wildlife. . Short walk off the busy main where you can find selection of restaurants, bars and the beach. Located in my view at better end of Mirissa.

We had a wonderful stay with this incredibly sweet and welcoming host couple. Their beautifully maintained garden was a joy to see every day, and they went above and beyond to help us when I needed medical attention. The accommodation was perfect, with a kitchen—something rare to find in Mirissa—and it made our stay even more comfortable. Don’t miss the amazing coffee at Loose Keys and yoga with Guily nearby, both highly recommended. We’re so grateful for the care and hospitality we received and would love to return!

For the given price it was a very comfortable stay. They do have a modern architectural design in their rooms and also the facilities are awesome for the given price.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful apartment! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner. The location is great and close to everything. The hosts were amazing and even kindly dropped us at the bus stop and helped us with our onward journey. We would definitely stay again!

“A quiet and peaceful retreat - brand new and super comfortable”

We absolutely loved our week at Villa Nine84 - it's in a beautiful quiet location a short walk to Coconut Tree Hill and Parrot Rock for surfing, with many restaurants nearby. The two villas are huge and brand new, with every comfort catered for. There is a kitchenette with fridge which is really convenient. The size of the room meant that I could comfortably work during the day in the air-con, which made a huge difference to having to work in a restaurant or co work space. The bed is super comfortable, with beautiful bed linen and bath towels, and the owners went out of their way to help us in any way they could. Thank you Manori and Sandun - we will be back!
