“Good budget friendly hotel, with excellent food, next to the beach”

Great location next to the beach. Big rooms, bathroom, was basic easy to use shower with hot water Sri Lankan breakfast and dinner cooked by chef Brayan were fantastic. We didn’t have a bad meal and after a week, he knew what we liked All the staff, Janaka, Kavirdu, and Gayan were friendly and helpful, therefore we extended our stay to a week.

This property is absolutely stunning. The location is perfect right on the beach with a surf rental right in front. The staff are all so lovely and smiley and are on hand to help you with whatever, we loved it so much we changed our trip plans to come back at the end of our stay in Sri Lanka! Thank you to the lovely team who made us feel so welcomed.

Absolute beachfront, away from the business of Matera, secluded and exclusive, a marvellous find, perfect for us. Very professional, friendly and attentive staff made the stay even more memorable.

Best beach on the south coast

The personal was very kind and helpful with everything I needed and also took care of the transport. The beach side was so close that I could go anytime I wanted. The room was spacious, bed comfortable, I had toiletries in the room and stable wi-fi. Overall a nice stay.

Came across on Booking.com and truly was worth the money. Perfect location, spacious and clean rooms with a beautiful sea view, extremely helpful staff (Shami & Madushanka), awesome food! Overall very happy with place! The outdoor restaurant is the perfect place to chill in the evening!

“Fantastic!!”

Shamii, Erangia and the team were wonderful! Super helpful and friendly with a cheery good morning. We booked for three days and ended up staying for eighteen! The location is along a lovely residential lane with the hotel tucked in at the end on the beach. It has a beautiful outside bar serving great food and there is also a rooftop restaurant (which we didn't try). Also, the rooms have air conditioning and fridge and there is a private terrace seating looking out to sea. We'll definitely be coming back!!

Very good location and really nice staff. Delicious food and juices. Breakfast was good too and pancakes wonderful. The beach is in front of the hotel. Really good for surfing and also for relaxing. Thanks so much for everything!

Amazing view to ocean and surfers. Good location, next to beach and surf rental. Beautiful clean beach that was not crowded. Waves are nice for surfing. Perfect if you enjoy the sound of ocean. Can be quite loud. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but good. We liked the place so much that we decided to stay longer.

“More a hidden gem”

I had a big room with enormous bathroom and a perfect view on the ocean and beach. They have all you need for a simple stay. Good restaurant, surf equipment/ lessons and a simple breakfast. Next door are some other hotel restaurants if you stay for a longer period.
