“Beautiful home near a beach”

It’s a beautiful home, with flowers cascading down the balconies, really nice pool, and the family takes great care of it, clearly putting lots of work everyday into maintaining it. There’s shaded areas around the pool to rest in, and it’s possible to get some fresh juices and smoothies to have around the pool. The rooms are clean, the beds very comfortable and the showers wonderful and hot. I also found the rooms were well sound proofed- even with parties nearby I didn’t hear anything in the bedroom. The hosts are lovely people and very helpful- they helped us with laundry and provides tuk tuk rides to Mirissa and Matara. The location is great, very close to Madiha beach where you can spot turtles, and lots of good food options nearby.

“Green Grove for Families”

Place is clean and luxurious, all new. Pool is new and perfect location outside rooms. Really nice hosts and family run resort.

Absolutely lovely and extreeeemly helpful family. My girlfriend twisted her ankle on one day and they did not hesitate even a second to bring us to different doctors, provide ice for the foot and give advice along the way. They are also super detailed in everything they do, whether it is cleaning, cooking, the styling of the rooms and the house, the outside area, or anything else. Especially the 15 y/o son is a beast! Always working, always helping, speaking fluent English and already almost runs the business already :-) Additionally the place is just very beautiful and the location is brilliant, only 50m away from the beach. All in all we had an amazing stay! Highly recommend!

“Peaceful place to stay nearby to surf”

Lovely location away from the main road but close enough to walk to the surf. Very chilled surroundings. Lovely welcoming hosts. Good breakfast! Great value. Really nice pool. Very clean.

“Just perfect”

We (family of 4) stayed here for four nights and had a wonderful time. Clean room, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast and great pool. Great price! The lovely family that runs the place is amazing. They help you with everything and are so attentive. Better service than I had in any luxury 5* hotel in Sri Lanka. I can highly recommend this place.

“A Warmn hospitable stay in a sleep sea side town”

I liked the overall warmth of the Hosts and also the hospitality. The Breakfast was increaidble quality. Loved the Cofee and the Srilankan omlette.

Very clean, very great location (calm but walking distance to 2 surf spots), delicious breakfast (we took the Sri Lankan Breakfast), comfortable room with very warm light and modern bathroom, beautiful balcony/terrace viewing the very beautiful garden. The family is extraordinarily amazing and helped with everything. They even baked a birthday cake for my boyfriend - so caring and thoughtful It smells beautiful and is very peaceful because of the Incense sticks every evening. We felt like home and extended 3 nights.

“Perfect family getaway near the beach”

This place is absolutely amazing and incredibly accommodating for families. We visited with our 1-year-old and felt warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spotless, with a great shower, plenty of space, and surrounded by lush greenery. It's just a short walk to the beach and conveniently close to excellent dining options and activities. The family who runs it is truly wonderful—warm, attentive, and thoughtful. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a delicious mix of freshly made local dishes and Western options. They even had a baby chair, which made things so much easier for us. We felt right at home, and they were so kind to us and our child. Highly recommend this spot, and we can’t wait to stay here again!

The property is gorgeous!!!! The rooms are modern and clean and beautifully decorated all with spacious balcony’s/ terraces looking into a front garden filled with trees and flowers and grass. Really beautiful. You can also hear the sea from the property which was amazing. Secure parking inside gated property too which was a plus.

“Wonderful stay”

Great guesthouse. It is newly opened and everything is very clean and well set up. The owners were very helpful and gave great advice about the area. Snorkeling with turtles at the nearby beach was a highlight of our holiday. It is very close by to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.
