The best stay in all Sri Lanka!! The rooms are huge and well taken care of. The family that runs it is very friendly, welcoming and attentive. They will help you with everything you need. The breakfast was outstanding, the best ones we’ve had in the whole trip by far. The location is also great. Would definitely recommend!!

“Amazing!”

I loved staying at their place! They took care of everything, starting with the whale watching boat excursion, and even offered me a late breakfast when I returned. I would have loved to extend my stay, but unfortunately it was fully booked, and they kindly took me to another guesthouse on the other side of town without any problem. Super kind, very clean, and an excellent, abundant breakfast. You can really see that they love what they do!

Room was simple but confortable and spotless clean. Perfect location for Coconut Hill. Very welcoming and nice staff.

“Perfect homestay”

The hosts are wonderful and incredibly nice. The breakfast was the best we had in our two week trip. The accommodation is located just a step away from Coconut Tree Hill and around 20 min from Mirrisa beach. Would highly recommend it!

“Exceptional value, a wonderful team and the ideal spot in Mirissa”

Coco Mount is the perfect place to base yourself when in Mirissa. It is not located in the heart of the area but a short walk from the main beach and strip. This means it is more peaceful plus it is close by the famous coconut tree hill. The owners do a fantastic job of keeping the place clean, plus the breakfasts in the morning are a feast. One unique plus is that they have a quick drying floor and squidgy in the bathroom which is ideal for the wet room set up so common over here. Communication was good and overall it is exceptional value for money.

We had a wonderful stay. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the rooms were very clean, and the breakfast was phenomenal. It was different on each of the two days we stayed, giving us a great insight into Sri Lankan cuisine. Highly recommended!

“Great location and kind family”

Great location, on our first day we walked two minutes to the small cove and saw a turtle feeding in the shallows! The room was very clean, with good AC. Our hosts were extremely kind and offered a laundry service and a fabulous breakfast, making sure we had everything we needed at every single moment. Thank you!

“Most amazing stay in Mirissa”

The welcome was amazing. We stayed 2 nights and we wished we had been staying longer. We were very comfortable and Piyumi and her family were very hospitable and made us feel at home. The breakfast was amazing and they went out of their way to assist us in every way possible. We needed a taxi and they gave us they best price we could get. The entire family is soo wonderful. We are definitely coming back. Strongly recommend coming here.

The kindness of the family, they really are the best! Very good breakfast and many activities to do.

This was our best experience out of hundreds of places we stayed at around the world. The owners are the kindest people, they made sure we have everything. We could rent a bike at a good price, we could do laundry and they told us about the amazing festival nearby, which was an incredible experience. And the breakfasts are a separate topic! You just need to go and try for yourself, we recommend 10000/10.

It's a family and budget friendly homestay, and the owners helped us a lot and cooked food on request as my 7 yrs old daughter is sick and the care they took was very good. We booked whale watching so vacated by 6AM next day.. They packed breakfast for my kids. I appreciate the help and support. I Highly recommend Coco mount Mirissa.

The people: They are so good, we stayed there with our 1 year old baby, They helped us in every way. They helped me in getting proper food for my baby as well. They are so nice would love to be there again with them if we are jn sri lanka again Location: coconut hill is just steps away from the property. A beach is near by you cant swim there because of dead coral leaves but sunset is beautiful. Mirrisa beach is like 5 mins drive. Service availability: Ordering food is possible plus booking cabs or auto via app is possible.

Amazing stay! Owners are super friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with very generous portions. The fast fiber internet was a big plus too – perfect for work.
