“Amazing luxurious villa.”
It was a perfect end destination during our travels in Sri lanka. The villa and inside furniture was super nice, each room has a balcony and its just few minutes from the beach, a temple just beside. Would recommend it and happy to come back one day.

Matara is a quite and charming small town. There are not many tourists here, so it feels much more peaceful than Mirissa or Unawatuna. The beach is calm, with gentle waves, making it perfect for beginner and intermediate surfers. The distance from the villa to the beach is less than 300 meters.The homeowner's family is incredibly hospitable, friendly, and always ready to help. Vishwa,Hello! He assisted us with all our questions and made us feel truly welcome. We were treated to fresh fish and fruits, thank a lot! The villa is surrounded by many palm trees. We even saw monkeys and peacocks nearby. WE REALLY LOVED THIS PLACE AND WILL DEFINETLY COME BACK!!

Probably the best value for money in SK town. The villa is quite spacious and has a lot of light. We enjoyed the breakfast on the porch/ terrace in the morning and the very short walk to the beach. I highly recommend staying here!

“Private villa in quiet area with new renovation”
First of all, this is a totally private villa with no neighbors. Located in quiet area in 5 min walk to a less crowded surf spot. Place is just renovated so everything is new nice and clean. The host is welcoming and friendly and provided us with all the necessities, helping out with the transfer. We had a good time just relaxing and having our time with each other in a quiet place.
