“Should have told me to bring cash. Booking charged my card and needs to refund me.”
I didn't stay and I am waiting for a refund. I did not have cash to get a room and Booking charged my card. It was impossible for me to stay there because I could not get cash. Cash was not specified.

“Dirty apartment and broken facilities.”
The pool and area around the building are quite nice and have a lot of potential. There were multiple fans and an airco supplied.

“Great house and hosts for an enjoyable stay in Matapalo.”
We loved the host. They sent us they location of the property as it is a little bit difficult to find in a virtual map. However their indications were key to reach there. Once there they were very kind and they gave us amazing advice on what to visit on the area and on the next stops of our trip. The house had everything we needed, a big bathroom, a kitchen with gas cooker, fridge and plenty of fans to be able to deal with the heat. There is a swimming pool as well at the back of the property. Highly recommendable.

“Great place with a very reasonable price”
Everything is good for our stay, except we only have cold water for the shower. The hot water was broken when we stayed there. The room is very clean, and kitchen has everything we need. Several fans will be enough at night as it is not hot. Host is very friendly and helpful, Sylvia is a very good host, and will do everything she can to make our stay comfortable. Thanks for everything.
