AC did not work, the loose unit that was in the room was 80 dB at 2 meters from te unit and the warmth it produced was more than its cooling capacity. Half the lamps in the room were not working. I complained about both and they couldn’t do anything. The laundry facilities were dirty and the room was 32 degrees according to the ac unit.

Very nice location with views to the St Laurent. Nice sauna and pool with views. You can swim in the St Laurent and then come back in and warm up ;-) 24/7 reception which was great as we arrived very late due to a ferry strike

We stayed here last September and really enjoyed it. The location is great being right on the water. The bar and dining room are very good. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The rooms on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors offer a magnificent view of the Saint Laurent River, (complete with balconies). The rooms are spotless, well-presented, and well-equipped. Bathroom, towels, and bed linens were very clean :) The pool is great for families, and there’s also a sauna. For fans of Scandinavian baths, you can even leave the sauna and take a dip in the cold waters of the Fleuve Saint Laurent 🔥❄️ The staff at the CARGO restaurant were pleasant and efficient. A special mention to the waitress, France, who was an absolute sweetheart 🫶🏽 Merci
