I was positively surprised. It was actually one of the top accommodations for me in Sri Lanka. I liked everything about it. Especially the comfort and every detail of the room. The bed, the pillows, the armchair, the wardrobe, the desk, the lights, the kettle. Super clean. Very soundproof and quiet, which is quite important to me. Dilini is super nice, speaks English extremely well and is also interesting to talk to. And it was the perfect balance of helpfulness and privacy, which I appreciate. The restaurant across the street has great food for a good price. I was also able to go for some beautiful walks in the surrounding neighbourhood. I would book here again if I am in the area.

Great, very clean place located directly at the Main Street between Matale and Dambulla. Very friendly owner and above-average breakfast with best latte we have had in Sri Lanka.

Dilini is an amazing host, she recommended us nice spots in Knuckles Forrest Reserve. I would definitely recommend to stay in Matale for more than 1 night and visit Knuckles as much as possible, the nature is really beautiful (although good to have a driver or a car to visit all the spots). Also, the room was very clean with all the needed facilities. Special thank you to Dilini for making a delicious cappuccino during the breakfast!

Everything was great, especially the cappuccino ! Thanx that we were allowed to leave our bicycles in the lobby during the night.

Most of the pictures show the location that can be seen around the hotel. They do not belong to the hotel. Located near the main road. There is not much around the hotel to show the beauty of nature

Spacious room, comfy beds Kind, attentive owner - gave us a torch when there was a power cut. She even reduced the price due to the power loss. Owner recommended a nice restaurant for dinner just across the road. Overall a nice place to stay if you are travelling between Dambulla and Kandy.

The accommodation is modern and spotless in a beautiful garden setting. The wifi is excellent, the fastest we have had in Sri Lanka. Great choice of cable tv channels. Nice restaurant a 2-minute walk from the hotel. Dilini and her husband are fantastic hosts and can provide very iseful information about the area and beyond. Thank you very much for a lovely stay!
