Location was great, 5-10 minute walk to the beach and main shopping streets. Pool was great and staff were friendly. Could hardly believe how affordable the hotel was.

I had booked single rooms, but they were very spacious with double beds. Friendly staff, great location, excellent breakfasts, lovely pool.

Everything was good, particularly the shower and the pool. We didn't have the breakfast and we only stayed one night so this is not a detailed review.

“Good and quiet place to stay in Matala.”

The hotel is well located, just a 5-minute walk from the center of Matala. It’s outside the busiest area, so it’s quieter and less noisy, which we really appreciated. The swimming pool is very nice (although it would be even better if there was a shower nearby to remove the sand from the beach). Rooms are simple but correct, with a small fridge and a terrace. On the top floor, the rooms are more spacious, have better views and share a large terrace. Everything was clean and well maintained. We didn’t try the breakfast.

Great location. Easy 5-10 min walk to beach, tavernas etc. Less than 5 min walk to main bus stop. Nice and quiet. Nice little pool. George and his staff were great.

“A peaceful, clean and friendly hotel”

We liked very much staying in Paradise Matala Hotel! The staff is very nice, the whole structure is very clean, with also a beautiful garden and swimming-pool. Our bedroom on the 2nd floor was very pretty, very clean and comfortable and it had a wonderful view on the mountains, you are surrounded by mountains. Breakfast is plentiful, very good, with savory and sweet dishes with a lot of variety. The hotel is about 10 minuts walking from Matala centre and the beach/sea, so it’s very quite and peaceful. Thank you for everything! We highly recommend it and we’ll come back there for sure! ❤️🙏

A beautiful and well-kept hotel with a welcoming host, a great pool, comfortable and spotless rooms, and an ideal location close to the beach and Matala centre.

“Wonderful stay in Matala”

Simple but clean room, good and quiet location a little outside of main area of Matala. Highlight was the owner's dog that was guarding and greeting guests! Nice balcony with area to hang wet swimming suits and towels.

Matala, well worth a visit! The hotel is located, 10 min walk from the beach and village center, a clear advantage. You don't need to live in the middle of everything. Hotel is nice, very clean with a great pool area. Staff super nice and caring. We are happy to return again!
