“Amazing view - cute little apartment”

The view was amazing! Only a short walk into the village and to the beach. The steps were fine for us - worth it for the view!

Great view from the balcony, apartment was great to live in. Close enough to town and beach. Tolis was helpful, helped with the bags and was a gentleman.

The hosts, Eva and Tolis were great and very helpful. The accommodation is one of the highest in Matala, giving you sensational views over the bay. Thank goodness we had Tolis to help us with the bags! The unit was very well appointed and after a day swimming, we spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the views. The apartment was reasonably spacious and very clean. You also get a bonus workout on the way up the stairs.

The apartments are perfect: they are comfortable, clean, stylish and modern. Everything you need for a few days is present. The view from the balcony and even from the bed is amazing. The owner's son met us, showed us all the parking options and helped us with our luggage. He also showed us an easier and more gentle way to the apartment. It is a couple of metres longer, but was absolutely no problem for a not very athletic couple after 60 years of age. Apart from the beautiful Matala and surroundings, we highly recommend seeing the sunset on the way to Red Beach and having dinner at Petra & Votsalo Tavern. We really enjoyed our stay in Matala.

From the start we had a friendly experience with the host and was available quickly to answer any questions and was very accommodating. once we made it to the apartment we were stunned with the beautiful location but also how clean and fresh the room was, very clean with some thoughtful extras that made it really feel like an amazing holiday

We are so pleased with our stay here in Matala! This is a very well-appointed apartment, spacious, spotlessly clean, and modern and the hosts have really thought of anything that you might possibly want or need (kindly leaving complimentary drinks and various spreads for breakfast as well was a lovely touch). The shower was great, beds were comfy, and was nice to have a bit of Netflix-wired TV after a long day of beach :P We were met by the property manager's son who went over and beyond in helping us bring up our bags -- and, this end, a note: don't overpack!! (Or leave the things you don't need in your car) The suite is located at the top of a few flights of steep-ish stairs; only flagging this as it could be a challenge for older guests or those with mobility issues. For us, though, we loved it! It had an amazing view of the beach and, within a few mins hike around the mountain, a spectacular view of sunset. The little town is just at the base of the incline with the beach within a 5-minute walk, so everything is super central and makes for a relaxing stay. Street parking was free and the whole area was very safe.

The view is incredible. Great place to stay when around.

New apetment with an amazing sea view. Its almost inpossible find a defect. Ms Eva is a very kind host always ready to answer to the customers questions and to give suggestions.

The best view in Matala. The apartment is brand new, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The host left snacks, wine and raki in the fridge which was very thoughtful. Eva who checked us in, could not be more helpful.
