Less than 100 metres from Matala Beach, family-run Matala View offers a variety of accommodation types, each with free parking and private balcony. A full English breakfast is served at the hotel’s yard. Matala View rooms, studios and apartments are simply furnished. Amenities include a fan, refrigerator and private bathroom with shower. Apartments and studios also have kitchenettes. Matala View is a short drive the Red Sand Beach and Komos beach. Hotel staff can assist guests with car rental and taxi service or arrange excursions.

The family that runs it are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, no fault there. The overall accommodation and communal areas were clean and had fun decor. Lovely to have breathtaking views from the balcony. With plenty of storage.

The location is ideal, the reception and staff Is exceptionnal. Though the room may need a little renewal of furniture, assets are getting old and the cleningless could be better. But the place looks so welcoming simple and authentic, everyone was so nice you really feel at home.

“Lovely apartment situated in the centre”
Beautiful atmosphere, shady terrace. The apartment is very close to the beach, the shops and reastaurants, parking is nearby at the end of the street. We loved the place and the town as well. The owners were very kind and helpful.

Situated on the hillside it is nicely isolated from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to the village centre and the beach :-) It has a lovely quaint and quirky style and decoration - Very homely, clean and welcoming.

Right in the heart of Matala, minutes walking distance to the beach, and close to a large paid parking space. The room was very clean and provided the basics required for a short beach stay.

Very friendly host. Aphrodite makes sure you have a warm welcome and that you can reach out to her when you need something. We really enjoyed the stay however had to cut short the trip due to extreme heat at that point. However we enjoyed our time there. We can grab breakfast at multiple Cafes right outside her place. Everyone is so kind and polite.

The host was very friendly and provided the necessary information during the check-in process. The facility lack washing machines for clients, but there is a small laundry nearby (within 3-5 min walk).
