Set in lush green garden surroundings, these apartments provide views of the valley of Messara. The small proximity of 500 meters to the sea makes "Apartments and Studios Xenophon" a great base for relaxation. "Apartments and Studios Xenophon" consists of 4 apartments, 4 studios and 2 double-rooms. From the "Apartments and Studios Xenophon", you can reach three different beaches by foot - Matala Beach (about 5 Minutes walk), Red Beach (about 35 minutes walk) and Komos Beach (about 50 minutes walk). The property offers a big shadowy breakfeast terrace for alls guests and a small playground for children. Also the sunny roof top is free to use for all guests. During the winter months, thick quilts are provided. There is also heating and air conditioning.

the staff were exceptional so friendly and happy. It was a welcome delight considering it was nearly the end of the season and obviously some locals are a bit over travellers. Super clean, big studio, everything worked.

“Big room and comfortable stay”
A very large and comfortable room with a really well stocked kitchen. Within walking distance to the town and beach and nicely located away from all the traffic and noise in town.

the studio is very comfortable and clean. The host Eva is really super. the location is far from the chaos but allows you to reach the beach with a good walk.I would choose this property again!

“Beautiful”
The way the administrator took care for us while giving e-mail solutions and instructies to enter the accomodation. At Some point durend the stay I forgot the key and the e-mailed me the key was “in the box with de text boven”. Very very nice and helpfull and even there is a hostel next door, there was rest and peace on the large terrace.
