Wonderful location in Matala center. Excellent balcony, the hot tub was very nice. Comfortable beds. There was a washing machine with pods includes. Also we really enjoyed that there was coffee, and everything was also clean.

Right in the main square of the village. Everything in a breath distance, literally minutes. 2' minutes walk to the beach. Not so noisy, despite the location. Relatively new or recently renovated, with stylish touches. The terrace has a large sofa and a chair with nice views to the sea and the caves/rocks. - nice for morning breakfast and evening wine. Jacuzzi was nice (the children enjoyed it (note family of six stayed). In apartment facilities were relatively good. It has two toilets on ground and first floor. Overall a nice cozy apartment but for four (five with good will) persons - we were six that's why my comfortableness comments.

Location was right in the middle of Matala village so super convenient to everything. Plenty of space with 2 bathrooms. Having a washing machine was great.

Fantastic location and facilities are perfect for 2 couples or an extended family. Pictures are precise, but note that there are 3 different apartments with different terrace setups. I believe that 1&2 are the same, though. Maria is lovely and I really appreciated the efficient communication before and during our stay. Great getaway for 2-3 nights (or possibly longer) in wonderful Matala. Would recommend and love to return myself.

Everything was perfect. Nice apartment with jacuzzi on the terrasse right in the center of Matala, but no noise from the bars. Friendly staff and clean apartment.

Maria is a wonderful host, very hearty and caring. Is there anything you need? Just ask her, and she will help you. She built three very comfortable appartements, each with rooftop-terrace in the center of Matala.

The information about the booking as well as the handover of the keys was smooth and well organised by the host. The location of the apartment next to the heart of Matala is perfect. We also didn't face any issues with the WiFi as others stated. The whole house and the interior looks modern and new, unfortunately looks are not always true...

just in the center. great terrace with jacuzzi included where you can hear the amazing music of the main square locals. everything quite new. only seconds walking to get to the beach.

The apartments are brand new, the host Maria was very kind to let us choose ours. The location is fantastic, in the heart of Matala and, at the same time, close to the shore. Thank you for everything.
