The location is okayish and there should be hot water. Some of the staff is quite nice and welcoming. We did a wrong booking and they refunded our money.

A great place to stay in Matagalpa. Good location and very helpful staff. They organised a local guide, Marlon, to come to talk to us about possibilities for guided walking tours in the area. Marlon was excellent, with extensive knowledge of the local flora and fauna. Would highly recommend doing one of his tours.

Room was large with closet and small side tables. We were able to have laundry done there for reasonable price.

The staff was super helpful and kind. The dorm was good size, and the lockers for your luggage were huuuuge. Location is close to the catedral.
