Overview
Set 300 metres from a sandy beach and 400 metres from Lido Water Park, Villa Kos offers accommodation with a terrace. Free WiFi is also available. The property consists of 5 white houses with views over the islands of Kalymnos and Pserimos. Featuring a kitchenette with a dishwasher and an oven, each unit also comes with a satellite flat-screen TV, ironing facilities, wardrobe and a seating area. A microwave, a toaster and fridge are also featured, as well as a coffee pot and a kettle. 2 bathrooms, bath towels and bed linen are provided. Guests can relax in the garden at the property. While a welcome drink of juice, coffee, tea or mineral water will be offered. The nearest airport is Kos International "Hippocrates" Airport, 7 km from the property.

“Excellent villa with great facilities and a wonderful host (thanks Blandine!)”
The villa was beautifully clean and well equipped. Mesh over the windows kept the insects out and shutters kept us cool (without the optional air con) despite temperatures of over 30. The area is great - there are beautiful beaches very nearby, transfer from the airport was only a ten minute drive, and the gardens are verdant with a stunning sea view. We managed without a car for the week (due to personal preference) but the parking available would be perfect for anyone wanting to explore the island more.

“Enjoyable stay in comfortable villa”
The location was good, only a few minutes walk from the Horizon beach, with a garden and lovely view towards Kalymnos. Very comfortable and well equipped villa, friendly and helpful hosts. We all enjoyed our time there. It is advisable to have a car as it's too far to walk to Mastichari in the evening along a busy road.

The house is perfect for families with children. The location is ideal, secluded but close to everything and with a wonderful view to the ocean. Communication was perfect and host even helped making arrangements for COVID tests. If we return to Kos we would stay there again.
