All of the communication with the apartment hosts was easy and they were very helpful, both before the stay and whilst we were there. Costas and the other staff were all great and went out of their way to be helpful, friendly and responsive. On arrival we noticed that the air con was not very effective but thought that it was just not the best unit, however, Costas spoke with us and explained that he had realised it was not working properly and that he was going to get it fixed. The issue was sorted the same day and the air con worked perfectly after that. The apartment was kept very clean, as was the public spaces in the hotel and apartment block. The apartment itself was better than anticipated. It suited what we needed for our three night stay before catching the ferry. The small kitchen had a microwave, electric hob, small table and chairs and fridge/freezer with a couple of ice cube trays which was useful. The beds were comfy and a hairdryer and iron were provided which meant I didn't have to carry one from home. The balcony caught the sun throughout the day and had a partial view of the port down the street. The location was great for what we needed, 4 minute walk to the beach and just a little longer to the ferry port. Also very near the bus-stop to Kos Town and the airport, the bakery and local shops.

Our stay at Sea Breeze far exceeded our expectations - the room was much nicer than it appeared in the photos and had an adjoining kitchenette and balcony. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and welcoming and we loved our stay here. Would recommend.

The apartment was eqiped with mosquito nets, bathroom was very good for a 3star hotel, also balcony was very big. Very quiet neighbourhood but in a centre, 5mins to the beach. Owners were very friendly. I was positively surprised by the app equipment (good shower, new aircondition, good building...) based on lower category of hotel.

Very central. Nice rooms with all you need. Short way to everything in Masticari.
