“Fantastic family holiday!”

I’m seldomly writing reviews but this time I would like to share our experience in Neptune Luxury Resort. We were travelling with our 16 months old daughter and as a mother I had several fears. But our stay was just amazing and unforgettable. Beautiful nature, truly luxury resort with clean territory and numerous pools, extremely friendly and helpful personnel, delicious food, relaxing atmosphere… what impressed us the most: - kids areas indoor and outdoor, our daughter had so much fun!; - small pools for babies with a tent, how smart and helpful it is during a hot day!; - and.. special thanks to Chef Dimitris who kindly considered special diet for our baby and made morning and evening meals a truly enjoyable experience! We didn’t find negative things during the week of stay and would love to stay longer!

- Friendly and helpful staff – we were warmly welcomed, and our luggage was brought to the room. - Spacious, well-equipped room and a baby bed was kindly provided right away. - Very good breakfast with a large selection and attentive service. - The Neppi Land kids area was fantastic – our son absolutely loved it.

- Amazing nature, sea and landscape design overall. - Breakfast was quite the same every day but it was great, high quality of food with fresh juices, prosecco, salmon, ham, eggs, sausages. - Dinner was great with ~5-7 variety of meat, 2-3 fishes. - Weather was great in the last week of September. +22 at night, +26-27 in the morning.

“wonderful, large and very clean resort”

very nice and big resort with, very clean, tidy and taken care of, beautiful, clean rooms and nice bathrooms. we stayed in superior room so don´t know how other rooms look like, there is meny different types of rooms. breakfast really the best. such a huge selection of food and drinks, fresh fruits, lot of cooked meals, really a lot to choose of. really nice staff everywhere. lot of sunbeds by the pools and also by the sea but it is better to go to troya beach as there is also a bar and toilets nearby and is much nicer then the beach near Osteria restaurant or Odysseus bar. it is a north part of the island so expect some windy weather and pretty big waves most of the time. very good gyros in Odysseus bar and reasonable prices for the meals. drinks are a bit expensive at the entire resort but acceptable in a 5* hotel. Besides, in the Kos town prices are not much lower. for the lift from / to the airport ask the hotel reception, taxi was 25 €, while the cheapest transfer we could find from the airpot was for 36 €.

The kids club is very nice although we didn’t use it very much. Unfortunately they don’t take kids under 4 years old so we were left out from the service but could use the facilities. The gardens and pools are very nice. Good breakfast

“Lovely stay for a couple and chill adults-only pool”

It was a lovely stay! we really enjoyed this hotel. It's particularly good for families. It's not insane, true luxury but it is really nice and has great value for the price. If you get the luxury rooms (not the standard but the next level) the rooms are super modern and comfortable, the staff is kind and helpful and the pools are clean and varied. The restaurants are also good (Meating and Taverna), the breakfast is decent, and the gardens around the buildings are lovely and super well taken care of. The hotel has everything you can ask for.

Staff, food throught the resort, facilities and comfort in the room. All the resturants were great. Breakfast amazing and rich.

“Perfect family vacation”

Our First family vacation with out 8 months old daughter, we loved the shade above the baby pool, the neppi land, the garden behind the beach, food, service, gym and personal.

Surrounding areas, comfortable settings. However, apart from pool usage, for anything else you had to pay for, even for usage of the sports grounds.

“extellent stay”

The hotel has everything you need, no need to leave the hotel during the stay. It is located on a very large area offering multiple leisure activities. Despite there were a lot of guests, you dont feel like it is crowded. It offers multiple beachside and pool side options. There are also 4 a la carte restaurants on site, icecream store, mini market and shopping arcade, water sport activities and gyms/courts, and playgrounds. The prices of the food and all other things are fair, not expensive. The staff is very friendly. We would like to come again.
