Lovely super large very clean room, sea view. Water in fridge. Huge bed. Efficient bathroom. Large breakfast buffet with many choices. Vast reception area with buffet for meals upstairs from it. Courteous staff. Professionally run.

“An excellent hotel with good facilities and an excellent breakfast - I will stay here again.”
The room was comfortable and clean, with a good shower en-suite; the only hiccup was the lack of a kettle, but that was resolved very quickly for us. The service was outstandingly helpful and unfailingly friendly.

Superb breakfast! Nice room, very clean and smart. Sadly we only stayed one night so didn't have time to explore the facilities but it all looked beautiful.

Breakfast and dinner was okay but dining room was somewhat lacking in atmosphere The resturant manager was very welcoming as was the check in chap. The room was spotless and seemed to have been recently refurbished

Staff were excellent, providing food for us on arrival after we arrived when the restaurant upstairs had already closed. |Rest of the hotel was really nice layout. Room was good. Pool was good. Would recommend to a friend.

“A perfect stay in the mastichari Bay Hotel.”
It was a pleasure to stay in the Mastichari Bay Hotel. From reading most of the previous reviews, I was expecting it to be a comfortable stay, and it really was. Our room was very comfortable and cleaned perfectly every morning. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful, and the food was tasty with plenty of options. I would highly recommend staying in the Bay Hotel and will stay here again on my next visit to Mastichari.

The resort was lovely and exactly what we wanted for the end of our sailing vacation. It provided us with 2 days of pure relaxation by the lovely pool or sea. The breakfast and lunch have excellent options. I would definitely recommend it to others. We had the half board, which is breakfast and dinner. When booking, if you are wanting all inclusive be sure to select that option.

“Nice hotel but sadly let down by dinner.”
Staff were fantastic, really friendly, they noted we had a child with us and arranged an early check in. The room was also bright and modern.

“Was sorry I only stayed 1 night”
Thought the hotel was lovely, staff were amazing. I checked in with a friend who was travelling home that evening. Myself and my partner were staying however he wasn't flying in till later that night. As we were half board the manager suggested my friend using the dinner option as my partner wouldn't be there on time. We went to dinner and she went off in her taxi to the airport. My partner arrived and the manager was so nice and went off to get my partner a plate of food from the kitchen. We really appreciated this level of kindness. He is a credit to the hotel and couldn't do enough for you. Really recommend this hotel and would stay again.
