Beautiful apartment in a stunning location right on the beach. Dimitri is the most helpful host you could ask for and Athena who housekeeps is absolutely lovely. Nothing is too much trouble for either of them. Don’t hesitate to book these modern, quality apartments right in the heart of beautiful Mastichari.

“Excellent Studio on the beach”

The studio is excellently located right on Mastichari beach and has a lovely balcony overlooking the beach that is great for sitting and having a coffee in the morning. The facilities are all modern and clean and the kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for breakfast or light lunches. The apartment is very clean and is maintained on a daily basis to a high standard. The staff are very polite and friendly and were more than happy to help with advice on locations and taxis etc. At one point the toilet flush broke but Athena was very attentive and got it fixed while we were out during the day so it did not negatively impact the stay. All in, we were extremely happy with the Irene Studio and would defintely stay again in we were on Kos.

Although we never met the owner, all our questions were answered quickly and politely. We did meet Athena the housekeeper who was lovely; friendly, helpful and kept the whole place immaculate. The views from our balcony were stunning and we would recommend Irene Studios for a peaceful relaxing stay.

Irene studios are fabulous. The most comfortable beds , a really strong shower . And spotless as Athena is amazing.

It was very well located for bars/restaurants and the port. It was immaculately clean. We were given an upgrade. There was water in the fridge which was appreciated as we were late arrivals. It had a lovely view straight onto the beach.

Lovely place, right by the beach. We had dinner on the balcony at sunset - it was so beautiful! The place is spotless clean and Athena is very sweet and welcoming. Thank you for the gift, Athena! Dimitris is always on hand and replies immediately, he helped us to book a taxi. We stayed here twice and loved it both times. Check-in and check-out is very easy, you can leave your bags if your flight is late at night. The kitchenette is great, bed is comfy! Totally recommended!
