Overview
Ilios and Irene air-conditioned apartments are set in a garden of bougainvilleas and roses, 400 metres from Mastichari Beach. The self-catered units offer private, furnished balconies overlooking the Kos countryside. Each spacious apartment features free Wi-Fi access, a kitchenette with fridge, cooking hobs and a dining area. Most apartments feature 2 balconies offering both sunrise and sunset views. Guests are greeted with a welcome platter full of local delicacies. The restaurant serves breakfast and dinner and you can enjoy a drink at the bar. There is a lobby with free access to a satellite TV, game consoles and a small library. Guests at Ilios and Irene enjoy free access at a swimming pool with a furnished sun terrace, located 50 metres away. A mini market is easily accessible within a 4-minute walk from the apartments. Mastichari offers many traditional taverns serving fresh fish and other specialities 400 metres away. The capital city Kos is 20 km away and Kos Airport is at 4 km.

A lovely clean spacious apartment with everything we could need. Easy access into the village. Lovely countryside side outlook. Balconies both front and back so it is easy to get out of the full sun if you want to . Sokralis is lovely, the perfect host.

“Great host good location and good food!”

“Enjoyable stay in an ideal location”
The location is ideal being within walking distance of restaurants and the port but far enough away to be very quiet. The breakfast is exceptionally good value. Sokratis and his team are very accommodating and when, on a previous stay, a national strike was declared at a few hours notice, Sokratis helped greatly by allowing me to extend my stay and arrange a replacement flight. Thanks again.

“Holiday escape”
The staff was super friendly. Peaceful and beautiful place with sort distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Very good breakfast (they even had gluten free bread). Good value for money.

“Excellent apartment hotel close to Mastichari port”
Excellent room at a really good rate. Comfortable bed. Relatively good shower. The host was a lovely man. Breakfast was great. Only a few minutes walk from the harbour and restaurants etc. The property is next to open country and very quiet.

Very nice place, great staff. Amazing breakfast in the sun. We will surely be back! Pity that this place is on the island of Kos and not somewhere on Kalymnos. Would be great to have such a place on Kaly!
