The rooms were not clean, there was hair in the bathroom and on the bed. The room also didn’t smell good and was old (the front door kept banging because of the wind).

“Very relaxing”

Location was a bit out of the way but, the staff were excellent, food was very good.

Beach was close and very nice. Food was good and a lot of it to choose from.

The hotel grounds were for the most part well maintained. The rooms and facilities were dated but kept clean. The beach is lovely with nice dunes and a good view over the neighbouring islands. The bartender at the beach bar was magnificent - he took lots of care in making his drinks - although you did have to pay a bit for them - even on all inclusive - more on that below.

Great pools for Kids. Food was mainly delicious we always found something we liked. Sea nearby wss warm and clean. Nonplusultra was animation team, our Kids and us really enjoyed your warm kind and motivation, especially Barbara and Lucas "from below our appartmemt" were taken into our childrens hearts, but also the others like Fabio and Max from Palmera Action as well as Maria and Martina from Aqua Gym did a great job. When we had to leave and say goodbye our kids lost some tears.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. We got a great spot with first row to the see. The food was exceptional and there was a daily verity. You have to try the spa, it was the most amazing experience, the stuff is friendly, hospitable and the therapists are very professional, you wont be disappointed, time and money well spent.

It’s a large complex, and our room was near the beach, which we really liked because we prefer the beach over pools. Beach us one of the best in Kos. We enjoyed the mini zoo, although many people are against it. But to me, it seemed well-maintained, and the animals looked content.

“Brief but very accommodating”

Our flight was cancelled so we only stayed the night, but we had a lovely breakfast walked the grounds and private beach. The complex looks excellent, the beach is very well kept, there’s 3 pools and a small animal petting area with goats, horses and wild birds. The staff were incredibly accommodating and so helpful (thank you Zuzzanna).

Breakfast choices ok, staff friendly and attentative, quick to clean up the tables, room with a good view of the ocean, nice pool for the kids.

“My 6th visit and still FABULOUS!”

It was the 6th time we've visited the hotel and like always everything is PERFECT!! Because we've visited the hotel so many times, they gave us an upgraded room with sea view and with 2 seperated bedrooms, without even asking. The food is absolutly fantastic and also the main bar is very joyful!! All of the staff is so friendly and helpful! In one word: FABULOUS!! Thanks again for the wonderful stay! See you next year!!

I really like being so close to a superb sandy beach with very nice sunset. The room was clean and very confortable. It was very light and it had a little terrace. The food was good and different every day.

Breakfast buffet was lovely and offered a variety for both adults and the kids. Vicinity to the beach was perfect! We enjoyed the clean beach and beach bar. The rooms were also clean and ok.
