There is no one at the hotel to help you check in it's all automated. You need to call a number and get a code to enter the building, it is not how I like to travel, luckily the previous owner of the hotel walked past as I was sitting outside wondering how I would get into my room, Lucette was so helpful and kind, thank goodness I met her. There was NO hot water for a shower. I WOULD NOT stay here again.

This should not be described as a hotel as that would suggest some sort of hospitality was involved. The truth is that you are sent a set of codes so you can access the front door, a safe so you can get a room key and then codes so you can use lift or walk up the stairs. The room was clean enough, however absolutely freezing cold. Thankfully the one small electric radiator worked but it took several hours for the room to warm up. There were two of us and we were provided with one bath towel and one hand towel. As there was no one on site we made do.

Nothing It is a disgrace to call this a hotel. No staff in attendance. Dirty and dusty reception area. Very neglected, more like a hostel than a hotel

Staff and food excellent

Lovely location, room clean and comfortable, plenty parking, pool was a nice surprise and the staff were very nice.

Nothing to report here to be honest. Was very disappointed.

Perfectly adequate. The location, midway on our journey south, was fine. We were within easy distance of a electric car charge point.

“Pleasant enough for an overnight stay en route south though with a few drawbacks.”

Located just off the motorway and close to the town centre but with very few amenities in the town. In February we only managed to find one suitable restaurant open in the evening. The hotel was pleasant but only partly open due to building work on the first floor. The young lad on the front desk who was doing work experience was very friendly.

Not impressed..sheets and bed were comfortable..easy to find from motorway and parking was OK.
