The place is amazing. You have everything you need, and the hosts are the kindest and most professional I have ever met. They even helped us with suggestions for activities/ restaurants near by and everytime we had a question they were on point. The garden is very nice as well if you want to relax, you have the pool with deck chairs, hammock, ping pong, voleyball and the chambre is very cosy and nice. The breakfast is delicious and very diverse with home-made breads and cakes. I totally recommend it!!

“Somewhere between Pisa and heaven”
Lena & Alessandro are perfect hosts. This countryside, quiet B&B is about 3km from Viareggio, and 20km from Pisa, so it is perfectly located for a visit to Tuscany. Breakfast is superb, the rooms are quaint, the pool is spotlessly clean, and there are lots of garden games available in their enormous garden.

Lena and Alessandro are excellent hosts. Helped with recommendations for dinner weeks ahead of our arrival. On day of arrival they facilitaded a late check-in as we hit some heavy traffic on the way. We woke up to an amazing breakfast. The garden and pool are are nice and have some light passtime options for children, like volleyball, boule, table soccer. It takes about 10 minutes by car to Viareggio for beach/restaurants. Some local restaurants too - where we had best pizza in our lives at La Kambusa. We recommend the stay. If you look for a place with walking distance to/from restaurants/beach/shopping you should consider a place ditectly in Viareggio. The location used its own solar power energy system and are self-sufficient - we liked that from sustainability perspective.

Very modern style and good looking room with second floor and master bedroom. Swimming pool large enough and usually empty. Awesome view on mountains from garden side. High quality of breakfast products.

“Best B&B in the surroundings of Viareggio with the best staff!”
Breakfast was simply perfect! Home-made pastry and pancakes. Not to mention the big swimming pool and the other facilities that makes you stay on the premises even the whole day.

“A joy filled stay with fabulous hosts! Just wonderful!”
This is more than a family run B&B. This is a gem of a hotel! The attention to detail, their honest desire to help you have an excellent stay where nothing to too much trouble, including the facilities made for a superb experience which was hard to leave. Lena and Alessandro have created a truly special place. We can’t wait to return!

Its great place to relax and the hosts have thought of everything the garden and pool area are beautiful and safe. Breakfast is just fabulous especially the home made cakes. There's a great restaurant across the road. Its good as a place to chill or to be yourself for day trips. There's no public transport and taxis are expensive so personal transport is recommended. The bedroom and bathroom were really nicely decorated in boutique style and ad plenty of space. We would stay here again
