Amazing rooms and host. Totally recommended!!!! We are totally in love with this place. Breakfast is really great. Coffe machine and some sweets 24|7. Host is on contract all the time. Parking is also could be found near the building without any problem. Room is clean, comfortable. If you want to have a relax and rest - this is a place with you and it was done really with love. “Amazing price, super staff”

For us it was just a stop and a place to stay for the night, but wow wat a great stay. You enter a cozy square in a little town where there is a restaurant and you can park for free. The Airbnb owner Luigi is also the owner of the restaurant. Luigi and his staff are super hosts, the room, bathroom were all nicely styled, new and super clean. We had diner at the restaurant and it seemed that the entire village came to eat there. The food was amazing and everything was very nicely priced. Luigi gave us the tip to visit the marble mountain, I highly recommend.

We stayed at this hotel and absolutely loved it! The place is set in a beautiful historic building in the heart of the Tuscan hills, with authentic charm in every detail. The host is very welcoming, and it truly feels like visiting friends rather than just staying at a hotel. It’s very convenient to get here by car, and there’s free parking right next to the property. Inside, everything is cozy and thoughtfully arranged: drinking water is always available, there’s a professional coffee machine, and every morning fresh pastries are served. Another big plus is the location: in just 10 minutes by car you can reach the sea and a free beach. A perfect spot to enjoy both the peace of the mountains and the closeness of the coast. Real Tuscany!

B&B Toscana made in love Perfect place to stay if you want to go hiking in Alpi aplane and time on the beach. The rooms are delicate, clean and romantic and the service is fantastic. The restaurant just acros the street has an menu and atmosphere typical italian with very good dishes! Highly recommended and we will be back🫶🇮🇹🫶

The host was extremely friendly and welcoming. The place was super clean, through the window you can see oranges growing on the tree. The coffee might have been the best of our lives 🥹 I hope we get to come back someday.

We had the best experience in Toscana made in love. Luigi was the best host we could've asked for! His hospitality was unmatched. He went above and beyond to make us feel at home. His restaurant just opposite the property had the most delicious pasta so i definitely recommend it for dinner. The Rooke had everything, including a smart tv and the drinks at the fridge were complimentary. It's a quiet village, away from the hustle and hustle of the big city so we really enjoyed it. We would definitely go back

“Absolutely lovely stay – highly recommended”

Such a charming and peaceful B&B! My room was beautifully decorated, quiet, and very comfortable. I loved the possibility to relax outside in the sun after a long day of cycling and with a cold drink. It was great that my bike could be safely stored inside, a big plus for anyone on a cycling trip. Luigi is a wonderful host — warm, helpful, and truly welcoming. Dinner at his restaurant across the street was also a highlight. I only stayed one night, but I would love to come back. Highly recommended!

You rarely find a place like Luigi’s B&B in Mintignoso! In the center of a charming Tuscan village. Comfortable and tasteful accomodation. Good beds. The river in the back and the square in front. Luigi’s delicious restaurant Il Panigaccio across the square. Calm and yet close to a wide variety of activities including the beach, mountains and cultural sights. Not to mention the hospitality 🙏

Luigi is an amazing host and his place has lots of special touches that make it a memorable and enjoyable stay. His restaurant across the road is delicious too.

Room are quite small but very nice and clean, fantastic location, staff friendly and kind, easy to check in, overall a great stay!

Beautiful decor, comfortable bed and cleanliness is one of the many advantages of this place. We felt special there , the owner is a very nice person , he took care of every detail of our stay. We regret that it lasted only one night and we will definitely come back.
