It is a 6 year old building with 7 large rooms a a balcony or terrasse at each room. The rooms was large and fine and especially the breakfast and relaxing area was very nice with fine old chairs and sofas. The lady who owned the place was very nice and helpfull.

Beautiful, clean. Wonderful bedroom and bathroom overlooking the garden and pool. The bed was so comfortable. Beautiful eco pool.Lovely garden, and surroundings. The breakfasts were amazing, such a fabulous choice. Marisa made us very welcome. Beautiful sitting, dining room. Exceptionally clean and sparkling! Couldn’t ask for more.

“Perfect place to visit the region cinque terre, Lucca,…”
Confortable, up to date accommodation, very nice garden and swimming pool. Breakfast is best we have had, plenty of choice, fresh fruit, pastery, eggs, … And above all Marissa is a perfect host!

Marisa made us extremely welcome, the room and whole hotel were spotlessly clean. The room, breakfast, pool and facilities at the B&B were perfect, we couldn't have wished to stay in a better place!

“Best pool in Tuscany”
Very pleasant stay. Nice host, rich breakfast, comfortable room. The nicest pool we met during our stay in Tuscany. Quiet location, close to Carrara ( I recommend visit of Carrara marble quarries) and to La Spezia (as a starting point to Cinque Terre).
