We LOVED our stay at le Sedici. Great apartment, spacious and clean. Very comfortabel. Lovely pool with beautiful views. Lucia, the host, is very friendly. The Town of Massa Maritima is beautiful.

“Perfect”
Stylish apartment, with very comfortable beds and everything you need for a family holiday. Stunning scenery and far reaching views all around the vineyard. The pool was wonderful and a welcome relief from the heat. The owners were so kind and helpful, they made us feel really welcome. We went there by public transport which is possible as the apartment is just a 25 min walk into town, but it is steep and with luggage it would be difficult, also the nearest supermarket is about a 40mins walk away (although there is a small convenience store nearby). So I would recommend a car, although we were really grateful to the owners who helped us with lifts.

“Excellent.”
Excellent, spacious apartement, fully equiped. Airco (there was no need to use it), heating, indoor/outdoor tables. Marvelous pool. All this located in the vineyard/oil tree plantation (Sedici wines are nice). Massa Marittima is in hiking distance (~25 mins upwards). Hosts are nice and helpful both at home and at their wine shop at the main square of Massa Marittima. We had a really great week here. I can only recommend Le Sedici.
