“Great place under the Tuscan sun.”
What a wonderful place this is! Gorgeous Tuscan villa, spacious and comfortable, has every amenity you could wish for, even a good piano :) Classically decorated, has comfortable beds and great service. Has enough parking space, offers privacy and is within walking distance to the village.

We had the whole house for us, so 2 apartments. It is very big, with 2 kitchens (well equipped) and 2 living rooms. All bathrooms are new, and everything was very clean, good shower. There is a lot of details and antique decoration, the sleeping rooms on 1st floor individually furnished with antiques too, comfortable beds. We enjoyed the big terrace with the sunbeds, dining area and lounge a lot. There are trees so the terrace had shadow everywhere. The parking was a bit tight, but directly by the house with a gate to close. Entry/Check-In with codes we found very easy. To the beach of Follonica approx. 15 Min. by car. All in all we liked our stay a lot and would absolutely recommend Villa Degli Ulivi.
