“Nice stay”
Tenuta Il cucalino is set in a lovely, spacious location surrounded by olive trees – it’s very peaceful and relaxing. There are four outdoor pools plus one indoors, all spotlessly clean with well-kept surroundings. We stayed in the Ceppo villa, which was large and airy. The apartment had everything you need for cooking, and we were welcomed with water and biscuits in the room. They also provided slippers for indoors and a bag with flip-flops and towels for the pool, which I thought was a really thoughtful touch. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom looked recently renovated and was kept nice and clean. The spa area was a real highlight. It’s new, spotless, and the sauna was lovely. You need to book at reception, which actually works well as it means more privacy – we used it three times and each time had it all to ourselves. The indoor jacuzzis were another nice bonus

“Beautiful stay in the Tuscan hills with the beach in proximity.”
The location is amazing, beautiful surroundings of an old olive farm. Also, the number of outdoor activities (eg running/walking, mountainbike trials) on the premises are very well taken care of.

“Miss it already.”
I dont give 10s to random places and this one I did. The location is lovely, out of the city, but less than 10 minutes away to one. The staff - reception and breakfast, dinner, and employees in the field were very nice. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay amazing. The apartment and the views were AMAZING. Plus they're allowing pets! Sadly we didn't try the facilities - the pool and spa, but I'm sure it was nice too.

This is the perfect spot to fully experience Tuscany! The property is amazing, filled with olive and cypress trees. The room was so nice, with accessible pool and spa, everything was clean and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful! The restaurant has amazing views and the food was delicious and high quality! Will definitely come back and would recommend to anybody who wants the perfect Tuscany getaway!

We liked the location and the surrounding countryside was spectacular. The restaurant was excellent for evening meals and the pool was very good. Staff were friendly and professional but not always immediately responsive or pro-active.

The stay was picturesque and welcoming, having beautiful views of the vineyards and the neighboring city. Loved all of the beautiful facilities and the dinner was incredible paired with the wine from the vineyards you are surrounded by.
