Overview
Palazzo La Fenice is a historic mansion in Massa Marittima. It offers a large garden, and apartments with satellite TV. At Palazzo La Fenice apartments are air-conditioned and overlook the rooftops of Massa Marittima. The apartments are set over 3 floors with elevator, and each is themed after a major Tuscan city. In the same street as the Palazzo La Fenice you can easily find some bars, a restaurant /pizzeria, a typical restaurant, a takeaway pizzeria/sandwich/delicatessen shop, a bakery, an hairdresser and a church. In 10-minute walk also takes you to the pharmacy, bank, supermarkets and a launderette. The same time will take to get to Piazza del Duomo. The bus to/from Follonica Railway Station stops nearby. City centre is 400 metres away. A parking garage for motorcycles and bicycles is also available.

I liked everything about the place, especially the beautiful room overlooking a garden. There was birdsong in the morning. It was also an exceptionally good location, opposite the Museo d'Arte Sacra and close to the bustop.
