Very kind, friendly and helpful host, even our bicycles had a nice accomodation inside the building. Cosy room right in the center of this beautiful city. We had only one night here, but a really nice stay, would come back any time

Armando is, without hesitation, the best host I have ever met. He takes care of everything in a proactive, easygoing, and perfectly efficient manner. The collaborations with the restaurant for dinner and the bar for breakfast give you a nice, sizeable discount for the top-quality services you can find in Massa Marittima. The room was incredibly charming and absolutely spotless, freely upgraded to the best available even though I booked a less fancy one, without even asking for it. The quality/price ratio of the place is absolutely spectacular.

Location - right in the centre of old town. Lovely big room with views onto the cobbled street - hood for watching the world go by. Lovely restaurants and meat/ wine shop just within 50 metres . Host very helpful and friendly.

A very friendly and helpful welcome was very much appreciated. The hotel is very good and in a great position in a lovely town. No breakfast was provided but helpful suggestions were given and they were very close.

The check-in process was remarkably efficient, and communication with the owner was seamless. During our stay, an unforeseen challenge arose as my father, due to a physical condition, couldn't navigate the stairs. However, Armando, the gracious owner, swiftly arranged accommodations for my parents at a nearby hotel with a picturesque sea view. For those seeking an unforgettable and immersive experience, I wholeheartedly recommend this remarkable location

Excellent central location right in the heart of the town. Easy access to all the great historical sites that can be walked to around the town. Great range of restaurants outside the hotel door. Hotel was clean and very comfortable and lots of information available on places to see.
