The house have an excellent quality. The location is perfect and a lot of spots are reachable without using a car. The handling of booking, entry, leaving have been excellent organised. We stayed in El Masnou, enjoying breathtaking views of the beach and the privilege of being just 25 minutes from Barcelona. Although Alex and Xavi were not present upon our arrival, their thoughtful hospitality was felt in every detail of the house. The space is elegant, warm, and beautifully curated, creating an immediate sense of comfort and exclusivity. It was a truly memorable stay, and we are sincerely grateful for the care and generosity extended to us.

Lovely homely property with everything we required for a memorable family holiday! The welcome video was a bonus letting us know about the house during our stay which came in very useful. The garden and small plunge pool were just what we required to cool down in the heat.

The layout is fantastic. Garden is beautiful but the time of year we were there mosquito’s were en-mass so didn’t get to spend too many evenings out there.

We had an amazing weekend at Xavi’s house! The place was clean, cozy, and perfectly equipped for a relaxing stay. The location was good, with beautiful surroundings and everything we needed within reach. The hosts were very welcoming. We highly recommend it.

Great location. The property was perfect for us. It was spacious, clean and very comfortable. It was well equipped. We were a family of 7, in El mansou for a family wedding and the property had everything we needed. Great outdoor space. The owner was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Plenty of space for a family of five (two adults, 14, 12 and 11 year old). Beautiful garden. Really clean. Excellent location of the beach,railway station and local shops.

Property per se and location of it. The location has the rooms and terrace, it was confortable and bright. TV in all rooms, with one big smart TV downstairs. Close to the beach and train station. Nice big lemon tree in the yard.

Very friendly host very relaxed meeting/handover of keys and deposit house was clean tidy fresh and well equipped with everything you would need host very nice and even told us where to buy fishing gear and a good spot to fish 👌🏻will definitely recommend and book again in the future
