Overview
Manoir le Louis XXI guest house is 7 km from the Fine Arts Museum and Notre-Dame-de-Grace Cathedral in Cambrai. Dating from the 18th century, it features a French and English floral garden. Decorated with antiques or an original fireplace, the guest rooms all offer a garden view and free WiFi. Each has a private bathroom complete with hairdryer, while the studio also has an equipped kitchenette and dining area. A continental breakfast is served daily for guests staying in the guest rooms, and it can be taken on the terrace during sunny weather. Barbecue facilities are provided in the garden for al fresco dining. An array of activities can be enjoyed in the surroundings, including cycling, horse riding and fishing. Free private parking is provided. It is easily accessible from the A26 motorway, which is only 8 km away.

A lovely gentleman explained how her had renovated this manor. It was lovely in the first area. They also ran a wedding venue. The gardens were spectacular. The rooms were eclectic and extremely interesting. A lovely place to stay

What a delightful place and the host couldn’t have been more welcoming. Beautiful surroundings and a delightful mix of old and modern with many french characteristics. This is completely different to your usual brand of hotel chains. It is what some would describe as ‘quirky’. We were served with a wonderful breakfast which, unfortunately, we could not do justice to. The bed was obviously of good quality just a bit harder than we are used to and that is not a criticism. Thank you for a great night’s rest.

“Amazing property and grounds with superb facilities and hospitality”
What a fantastic find, only 90 minutes from Calais. The Manoir and gardens are beautiful. Inside is a mixture of grand and eccentric. Our room had every we needed. Our breakfast was superb, with doors open onto the garden. However, the best part was the exceptional hospitality from our hosts, Thierri and Patrice. Thierri recommended a restaurant, and when we had a problem with our taxi, he sorted it out and came to collect us! He then offered us coffee on the terrace to complete our evening. Thank you so much to the best hosts we’ve experienced.

What a delightful property, run by charming Thierri and Patrice. Our rooms were excellent, and our breakfasts were absolutely outstanding. An excellent stop to / from the Channel ports.

“An exceptional find with safe parking hosted by a true professional”
So friendly! Thierri went out of his way to make us feel special. We arrived on a Sunday and collected a pizza and a bottle of wine. We sat in the garden, were provided with plates and glasses and then offered excellent local ice cream! Thierri even posted on a left watch to our gite in Provence

“Unique luxury”
The ambience , the luxuriant and artistic decor and furnishings, quite unique. The restoration of the building and its interiors has been a real labour of love and expertise . Thierri couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful. Then the breakfast ...continental ..fresh produce.. and wonderfully presented . Home made preserves , 4 different ones. Everything so tastefully set out .

“A wonderful boutique hotel”
A wonderful old building upgraded around 2012 with beautiful garden. Hotel is mainly used for weddings and decorated in a joyous mix of old and new....which works. Thierry was an excellent host. Our room was charming and breakfast truely delightful. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough. It is a wonderful boutique hotel.

A beautiful find it was like our own chateau for a few days , hosts were amazing couldn't be more friendly and welcoming , breakfast was like downton abbey candles laid table different each morning, fantastic stay will stay again .
