“Amazing family villa”

The facilities were amazing with the pool, out side kitchen and bbq, very large indoor kitchen, with a full range and more of kitchenware, coffee percolator, massive individual fridge and freezer, multiple table and chairs in and outside a basement party room with pizza open, though this area smelt very damp and the kitchen area wasn't very nice, there was a gym with various equipement, sadly the running machine wouldnt work, but u could still use the weights machine and cycle machines, free weights etc,wine cellar with wine price list to purchase, table tennis table, utility area on the the roof terrace with again an eating area ,the jacuzzi on the roof wasn't working, but they had put a temporary one down by the pool for use, all the bedrooms were very spacious, downstairs bedrooms had onsuites and upstairs was 2 big bathrooms to share, extra toilets inside near the pool and on the roof terrace. We had a few issues with the pump cutting out on the pool, but the manager/owner was easily contactable and very quick to respond and get the problem sorted. All rooms had air-conditioning.

The facilities are amazing, we were amazed at the value for money! The owner was more than accommodating with all the messages about taxis and offered a fair price (compared to Uber) for taking us to and from the airport. The pool was great and there is so much seating for everyone to do their own thing as well as be as a group.

The house was simply amazing 🤩 there was everything you can imagine. Great for spending time together with friends or family. We could be together but at same time, have some privacy. We loved it ! Rooftop with the view for coast and Etna on the other side was breathtaking. The owners were really supportive ☺️ We would definitely recommend it to everyone! It was great experience 🥂 thank you!

The guest house is located in a small village in a residential area. In general, compared to the rest of Sicily, where the streets are very dirty, this village is relatively clean. There are shops within a few minutes ’walk of the house. About ~ 5km drive away are nearby villages with larger shops. We lived for a week. The building has several fully equipped kitchens with everything you need for cooking. There are four floors in the building. We appreciated the large size of the kitchen, it makes it much easier to cook for a large group. We even appreciated the roof floor, where there is a separate room with laundry. In general, recommend this place for a large group when booking an entire house.
