Cleanliness, communication and the view (you need to have some luck for the clear sky though). A water and coffee machine was provided for free. Also we checked in very late with no problems.

“Great stay in Mascali”
Mario is a wonderful host, ready to help if needed. The room was beautiful and comfortable, with a stunning view of Mount Etna and a spacious bathroom. Every evening, we were warmly greeted by Logan, the friendly dog. We truly enjoyed our stay there.
