A wonderful location with incredibly warm hosts – we felt as if we were visiting close friends. The surroundings are calm and peaceful, with a garden where two cuty donkeys live. In the evening, the view from the terrace is simply enchanting. Authentic Sicilian towns are just a short drive away. A perfect place for those looking for tranquility and wanting to experience the genuine charm of the Sicilian countryside. Highly recommended.

The accommodation is beautifully and tastefully renovated, equipped to meet all needs, with a fantastic view of the mountainside and the sea. Marisa and Carmelo were extremely kind and flexible hosts, who contributed greatly to the experience. Special kudos for the cozy little garden and the donkeys! The quiet, secluded place, but close to the local attractions and the sea, is perfect for relaxing and recharging. I absolutely recommend it and thank you for everything!

The apartment has everything we needed and more, the kitchen is so well-equipped! Carmelo and Marisa are the kindest hosts and let us use the garden as well as the terace. You can feel their friendliness and thoughtfulness in everything in the house. The interior of the house is also very tasteful.

For nature lovers and those who sek calm and peacefulness. This was everything we wished for and so much more! The hosts were Incredibly welcoming, generous and warmhearted. So clear that this little rental business is driven from the heart. They gave us many very good advices about places to visite and were to park easily. The location is perfect for visiting Catania, Etna and Taormina, and many other beautiful places including beaches. And the best part was to return to this beautiful and calm casa in the evening….watching over the ocean and hear the roaring of Etna in the background. We give it out best recommendations!

Carmelo and Marisa were fantastic—extremely friendly and welcoming. They greeted us warmly and generously offered breakfast items, even though these weren’t included. They even shared fresh eggs from their own chickens and kindly made their private swings available for our little one to enjoy. They recommended several great places to visit, which we happily added to our itinerary, and were always available for anything we needed. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean, and fully equipped with all necessary facilities. And the view—absolutely stunning!

Carmelo and Marisa were fantastic and friendly hosts, they introduced us to their dog and donkeys also gave us some fresh eggs. The property had a well equipped kitchen and was very comfortable. Carmelo recommended various places to visit on the slopes of Etna including Monti Sartorius and Piano Provenzana. Also within easy driving are Gole Alcantara Parco, Castelmola and Taormina.

“Wonderful renovated countryside house with easy access to hiking”

Carmelo was wonderful host and he pampered us with fresh bread, oranges, freerange eggs. The apartment had free coffee and tea and fruit, wonderful services. All the equipment were pretty much brand new and the location was nice and pretty easy access to hiking trails near Etna. We stayed here for 7 nights I can recommend this for a couple or small family
